Renee Jones
Renee’ is a tenacious supplier diversity advocate that has focused on the construction industry for the past 16 years. She is known in the industry for her creative and energetic training programs for the small business community. She has worked effectively in partnering with corporate diversity advocates, trade associations and governmental diversity advocates as well as the non-profit sector to provide needed resources to assist small, minority & women owned firms achieve a “current state of ready” for the operational challenges and new technology in the construction industry. Her programs have been recognized for their effectiveness with awards from all sectors of the business community which makes her one of the most decorated diversity advocates across the southeast.
Currently, Renee’ is the CDO (Chief Disruptor Officer) of All For 1 inclusion innovators. A business consulting firm that is focusing its services on three core areas: corporate supplier & workforce inclusion innovation, diverse vendor owned businesses productivity enhancement and governmental supplier diversity program administration. Her latest accomplishment is becoming a published contributing author of the book “Implementing Supplier Diversity —Driver of Entrepreneurship”
She is the current President of the Hispanic Contractors of the Carolinas Board of Directors currently sits on three additional boards of minority advocacy organizations in various capacities across the southeast.
