GROWing Leaders Program 

This program is for participants who are novice at managing people or preparing to excel to the next level of leadership. It will help participants overcome many of the supervisory problems they will encounter as a boss. With a host of demands, responsibilities, and other challenges they have to tackle. Learning how to supervise employees on a trial and error basis is a high risk and can lead to putting the organization at risk, losing your job, or going out of business. This program will help you overcome many of the problems those inexperienced at managing people may encounter.
