January 15th – 360° Observers due. (See 360 module for instructions and spreadsheet template)
January 16th (or after we get the observers) – Receive an email from 360° today with your login and instructions
January 29th – 360° self-assessment due and observer assessments are due
Week of Feb 1 – attend your first coaching session to go over your 360 assessment.
March 21st – Your 3 other coaching sessions should be complete (4 sessions total)
